<p/><br></br><p><b> Book Synopsis </b></p></br></br><p>If we take the Economy of Providence seriously, then the land into which a people is born is also an intention of God, providing many lessons of life both natural and supernatural.</p><p>Our American Studies and Geography will be organized around the evangelization of the land -- with special attention to the character of the missionaries and to the way their testimonies were received, resisted or persecuted.</p><p>The lessons will focus around the three main countries that heroically subdued the land and founded our beloved country: France, Spain, and England.</p><p>We will then follow the westward movement to the Pacific Coast. The students will discover in the lessons: the lives of the missionaries in particular regions, the explorers and natural leaders, as well as of the original inhabitants of America: the Indians.</p>
