Intrinsic Stability: How Organic Leadership Breeds Excellence is born from those incredible experiences. <p/>Chris holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on applied management but considers his time in the Navy and his work experience as his real education. Chris's roots were seeded in the elite Naval Nuclear Power Program where he held 3 licenses to operate 3 separate reactors in 6 years. His professional resume, after leaving the Navy, spans incredible iconic companies such as International Paper, Toyota, Owens Corning, and Winnebago Industries. Within each of these organizations, Chris held influential leadership positions with a focus on performing critical functions to support and strengthen the development of operations within those organizations' cultures.
