She holds a master's degree in early childhood education and is currently finishing her PhD for training and performance improvement.<br>Rachel Robertson: Rachel Robertson has more than twenty years of experience in the education field as a professional development and education quality consultant, classroom teacher, center director, and quality and training manager. Currently, she is the associate director of training and resources at National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies. She holds a master's degree in human development and a bachelor's degree in family social science. Rachel is the coauthor of <i>Prove It! Achieving Quality Recognition for Your Early Childhood Program</i>. <p/>
