This thermometer’s advanced probe registers between -40°F to 482°F and -40°C to 250°C, giving you the most accurate readings to ensure your food is both delicious and safe by recommended standards. A plastic storage case with pocket clip provides storage safety and portability.<br /><br />A thin, step-down probe allows for the smallest puncture in the food to retain juices and flavor.
