She works at a global level on policy advice on gender diversity and has delivered leadership training internationally, bringing thought leadership to organizations and supporting leaders to develop effective cultures to nurture innovation. <p/>She is the author of <i>Succession in Asian Family Firms </i>and <i>Championing Women Leaders Beyond Sponsorship</i>. She is a regular contributor to Forbes Europe and has been interviewed by the BBC, the<i> FT</i>, the <i>Times </i>and Yahoo Finance. <p/>Naeema Pasha is the Director of Careers & Professional Development at Henley Business School, where she is also the Director of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. She is the founder of World of Work, an annual conference which explores the future of work readiness.
