Banished for their crimes, four robots are bound to each other's fates in this sci-fi graphic novel.
Each found guilty of an irredeemable crime, four robots find themselves banished from their home world and bound together by the Kill Lock--a programming link that means if one of them dies, they all will. Now a soldier, an addict, a murderer, and a child find themselves forced to protect each other while in search of a cure to survive. Their only clue is a bot known as The Axial, supposed to be the creator of the Lock and keeper of its secrets.

Review Quotes

The Kill Lock shows a suprising amount of humanity for a story that's solely about robots. Look past the stellar art and you find some fantastic character work as the four interact, particularly when The Wraith works with The Child and when The Artisan... says anything. He's just too much fun. --ComicBook.com
"The Kill Lock is one of the best comics running at this time." -Monkeys Fighting Robots
"I find myself so involved, invested and thoroughly engaged from the start and I simply do not wish the story would end. I have mad respect for Livio as he is pretty much doing it all here...he has opened up a world of storytelling." --Reading With A Flight Ring
"Livio Ramondelli's tale of robotic survival continues to be utterly captivating." --Comicbook.com

About the Author

Livio Ramondelli's credits include Transformers for IDW Publishing (Among many projects, The Autocracy Trilogy with Chris Metzen and Flint Dille), Darkness Visible with Mike Carey and Arvind Ethan David, Hidden Universe: Star Trek-Guide to Vulcan and Guide to the Klingon Empire for Insight Editions, BattleStar Galactica for Dynamite, Pacific Rim for Legendary Comics and the cover art for The Transformers: The Animated Movie Blu-Ray.
