Ilford Sprite 35-II Reusable/Reloadable 35mm Analog Film Camera The Ilford Sprite 35-II is a fun and affordable way to jump into analog photography! There are plenty of good reasons why some love the authentic look and feel of film-generated photographs; thereâs also the discipline of having only 24 or 36 exposures to work with, and the anticipation of having a roll developed. Then thereâs the desire to slow down from the relentless pace of digital technology and instant gratification. Convenient To Use Back in the 1960s, few cameras were easier to use and more affordable than the Sprite 35. Forget shutter speeds, aperture, or light meters â just load a roll of film, hit the shutter button, and press the film lever. It was an attractive camera for people who wanted to capture a few snaps without fussing about the right settings. Compact and Lightweight The Ilford Sprite 35-II continues that heritage and will meet the needs of people experimenting with 35mm film and looking for a camera thatâs 'no frills' simple. Itâs a step up from disposable cameras and being re-usable, it wonât create extra waste. Itâs extremely lightweight and compact, weighing just 122g, with dimensions of 119 x 67 x 44mm. Focal Length of 31mm with f/9 Aperture The camera has a fixed shutter speed (1/120s) with a 31mm, single element f/9 fixed-focus wide-angle lens, perfect for capturing most well-focused daylight scenes and also features a built-in flash with a 15-second recycle time for night time shooting. Easy Roll Loading Users can load the Sprite 35-II with their favorite film, whether its color negative or black and white, allowing them to capture quick snapshots or moody monochrome scenes. The camera has a manual film advance winding lever to move through each exposure and rewind the roll when the film is finished. CineStill 50Daylight Fine Grain Color Negative Film The CINESTILL 50Daylight is an ISO 50/18-degree speed daylight balanced (5500K) color negative motion picture film stock for still photography. Based on the original Vision3 50D emulsion, this film is prepped and rolled for clean and safe standard photo lab processing or Cs41 development at home, but it may also be processed in Cs2 chemistry for low-contrast motion picture negatives. Ideal for shooting in bright light at wide apertures and for producing high resolution, low grain images. The exposure latitude of this film is beyond anything digital and even most other films can hope to achieve. With 50D you can achieve beautiful results by rating it anywhere between ISO 12-100 without the need for push processing. No matter how you meter, you will see almost no grain, but color, contrast, shadow detail and highlight rendering will be affected by the chosen ISO you meter at. If you expose at a lower ISO you will get warmer images with greater halation in the highlights. Our new and improved manufacturing process now extends the shelf life of 50D, with less noticeable artifacts after expiration. This emulsion is optimized for a hybrid workflow, ideal for scanning, and produces a complimentary contrast curve for optical printing on RA-4 paper when processed in C-41 chemistry.
