Pat Manley is an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor, a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation and a member of the Yachting Journalists Association. Barrie Smith is an RYA Yachtmaster who has skippered or crewed on numerous yacht delivery trips and long distance races. </p>
