This product is ideal for those with diabetes who frequently need to inject insulin, for example. The large 400-count box ensures you have plenty available for your needs, and each pad is individually wrapped. The soft, thick material is pleasant on the skin, and its format makes the pads easy to use. Each pad contains 70% isopropyl alcohol. To use these sterile alcohol prep pads, remove one at a time from the protective packaging. Wipe the injection site with the pad and then administer the injection, discarding the used pad and packaging immediately after use. This product is flammable, so be sure to keep it safely away from fire or flame. Do not use these pads in the eyes or for electrocautery procedures. If you experience any redness or irritation after or during use of this product, stop using them immediately and notify your doctor or other healthcare provider. If redness or irritation continues to persist for more than 72 hours, notify your physician as soon as possible. Always keep these pads away from the reach of children. Protect them from freezing and keep them stored at room temperature away from excessive heat. If the pads are swallowed, be sure to get medical help or contact your Poison Control Center right away.
