Chardonnay, Silver, Unoaked, Santa Lucia Highlands Monterey Co. California. The grapes that produce this wine are grown in our Mer Soleil Vineyards planted in the Santa Lucia Highlands. We choose this very cool grape growing region to produce a pure wine with all the vitality and mineral character of the earth in which it was grown. Silver is the purest unoaked expression of our best Chardonnay grapes, and can be enjoyed chilled with a wide array of foods. Our ceramic bottle reflects the small cement wine tanks that we use in the production of Silver Chardonnay. Alc. 14.8% by volume. Bottled by the Mer Soleil Vineyard Rutherford, California.
