She spoke extensively on the topic of inspiring creativity and imagination in the workplace. Recognizing the need for communications skills in the creative area, Peggy focused her research and study on the design process and the imagination and how it functions, as well as the inner workings of artists' creative process. She firmly believed in practicing what she preached, "Art teaches me, and allows me to create beauty in the world." <BR>Tom Gilleon's experience in many artistic fields has added great versatility to his talent. While he has always worked as a fine artist, he has for many years also been an illustrator. In addition to working for The Walt Disney Company in theme park and studio positions, Tom worked on the Apollo project for NASA. He currently lives with his family in Montana where he paints and occasionally repairs fences.
