The first-person accounts, poetic narratives, and essays detail how Puerto Ricans mobilized in the immediate aftermath and the community activism that opened the door on another chapter in the country's ongoing struggle for self-determination, human rights and climate justice. </p><p>The anthology is bilingual, English and Spanish.</p>
