When internal silence gains insight and distance, the words of this poet bubble up to the surface.
Rosanda Grau's work is a cutting truth. There is hope, but it does not come free - and we do not face our gatekeepers without a scratch. Still, poems like Adoration and Joy When it Comes, remind us, there is a tenderness in the acceptance of our deepest recesses. You will leave the Famine Heart collection breathless, ready for a deeply personal and spiritual reckoning of your own.
- Rachel Curry, writer & journalist

About the Author

A native of Zlarin, Croatia, Rosanda Grau lives with her family in New Jersey.
