He has worked as fitness editor at <i>Men's Fitness</i> and fitness director at <i>Men's Health</i>, and has contributed to a long list of magazines, including <i>Men's Journal</i>, <i>Fit Pregnancy</i>, and <i>Better Homes and Gardens</i>.
