He lives in western Canada. </p><p> Pam Aleekuk grew up on the prairies and is of Métis descent. Pamela has been nominated twice for the Governor General's Award for Excellence in teaching Canadian History. Currently Pamela is an educator working in Edmonton, Alberta and enjoys teaching English, and writing in her spare time. </p><p> Leonard Paul is a widely acclaimed painter born in Halifax, whose art has been featured in exhibits around the world.
