He and his lovely wife, Patricia, have four sons, born in the '70's. Highlighting a time when parents enjoyed sharing the magical nostalgic innocence of believing in the Tooth Fairy, motivated him to write this book. He wanted it to become his legacy of the closeness and fun times, he shared with his boys. He finished it and had it copyrighted it in 1992. This beautiful little story, sat unpublished, for years... until finally getting it illustrated. His caring wife and wonderful sons can be proud that their father's legacy to them is now a reality. God rest his soul.Roxanna, John P. Fowler's sister, is the Illustrator and Editor of this book. Her dear brother passed, before he could see his book published. She is truly honored to play a part in helping make her brothers legacy to his sons, become a reality. Roxanna, born in 1951, has strived to bring to life, John's colorful descriptions of the characters and scenes depicted in the book. Having children of her own, she enjoyed celebrating the closeness and love, the nostalgic, magical, innocence of bygone years brought. The importance of reading and sharing adventures with your children was shared by Roxanna & her brother, John.
