Steger</b> is Associate Professor of Counseling Psychology and Applied Social Psychology at Colorado State University, USA. He is also Director for the Laboratory for the Study of Meaning and Quality of Life. His research interests concern better understanding the factors that promote human flourishing and ameliorate psychological suffering. He is the author of two books and Editor-in-Chief of the journal <i>Psychology of Well-Being.</i> <p><b>Antonella Delle Fave</b> is Professor of Psychology at the Medical School, Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy.
