Purpose: Cough Suppressant, Expectorant., Nasal Decongestant. Temporarily relieves cough as may occur with the common cold. Helps loosen phlegm (mucous) and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus. With honey Alcohol free Echinacea, eucalyptus, menthol & more Adults & children 12 years & over. With: Dextromethorphan HBr (Cough suppressant). Guaifenesin (Expectorant). Phenylephrine HCI (Nasal decongestant). Other cold formulas: Rompe Pecho EX, Rompe Pecho SF, Rompe Pecho DM, Rompe Pecho FLU, Cough Out and Mielim y Mas, Rompe Pecho MAX, and Rompe Pecho NT.
