Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast, 2006 Baron Herzog Cabernet Sauvignon is produced using grapes grown in California's Central Coast region of San Luis Obispo County. Each lot of wine was aged separately and all lots were blended before bottling. This is a very approachable Cabernet Sauvignon wine with berry aromas and impressive blackberry and spice flavors. The wine is only lightly filtered and may from sediment as it ages. Enjoy it at room temperature with herb-rubbed rotisserie chicken, barbecued steaks, or hard cheese. - David Herzog, proprietor & Joe Hurliman, wine maker. Kosher for passover. 13.5% alc/vol. Product of USA.
