His formal education began at Yale University, where he majored in molecular biochemistry and biophysics. Dr. Lindeman attended medical and graduate school at Columbia University in New York City, earning an MD and a PhD (in physiology). He trained in general pediatrics and pediatric pulmonary medicine at Boston Children's Hospital. In 2005, Dr. Lindeman was appointed Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.</p><p> Dr. Lindeman has owned and operated a private pediatrics practice, Natick Pediatrics, since 2002. He and his wife live in Brookline Massachusetts with their two boys and a dog. When he is away from the office, the doctor enjoys sailing, baseball, reading, writing and the company of his family, which includes two young children.</p><p> Dr. Lindeman is also the author of several academic papers as well as articles of general interest to parents which have been prominently featured by the media.</p>
