In 1976, during the hottest summer on record, "Star Wars" was shot in suburban North London. Nobody involved had any idea how big the film would become and many couldn't even remember the title. This Special Director's Edition DVD comes with surround sound, trailer and exlusive bonus features including extended interviews, a tour of the "Star Wars" sound stage at Elstree Studios, and audio commentary by director Jon Spira. DVD also comes with English subtitles for the deaf and hearing impaired.
