The fun starts with Papi Sauvignon Blanc, a demi-sec wine from Central Valley, Chile. It has no sugar added and is sweetened by must, or natural, freshly-crushed grape juice. The Papi Sauvignon Blanc is a pale yellow wine with slight green tinting in color and incredible citrus, spring flower and subtle Muscat aromas. Neutral acidity and a wonderful taste of freshly cut green apples, ruby-red grapefruit, and honeysuckle. Palate is fresh, sweet late-harvest with good acidity that serves as a great aperitif.
