He has persistently reached out across religious and political lines and has engaged in dialogue with scientists in his mission to advance peace and understanding in the world. In doing so, he embodies his motto, "My religion is kindness." <p/>Rima Fujita was born in Tokyo, lived in New York City for thirty-two years, and now resides in Southern California. She graduated from Parsons School of Design and has exhibited her work internationally to much acclaim and has gained collectors around the world. Rima has won various awards internationally, received special recognition including from H.H. the Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu, at the International Peace Summit in Japan. <p/> In 2001 Rima established Books for Children, an organization that produces children's books and donates them to children in need around the world.
