His articles appeared in <i>Piano Quarterly</i> and <i>Clavier</i>, and he edited the anthology <i>Four Centuries of Keyboard Music</i>.</p><p>Christopher Fisher is Professor of Piano at Ohio University and author of <i>Teaching Piano in Groups</i>. </p><p>Katherine Fisher is an affiliate faculty member at the Athens Community Music School and performs with her husband Christopher in the award-winning Fisher Piano Duo.</p>
