The Manual Meat Cuber/Tenderizer makes small cuts in the meat for softening and tenderizing, which reduces cooking time and allows marinades to be absorbed further into the meat. It includes 31 stainless steel blades which cut into even the toughest meats up to 1-1/4 in. thick. The stainless steel combs prevent meat from wrapping around the blades and the two-piece housing easily disassembles for clean up. The cuber / tenderizer can also be converted into a jerky slicer with the optional jerky slicer blade set and/or an electric unit with the optional motor attachment.
