We measure our success without understanding and focusing on our intrinsic value as human beings. </p><p><br></p><p>We are at a pivotal point in America where we need leaders to stand strong and to stand in the gap for what is right and for what is just. We need people who will make the right decisions, even if it's hard and even if they take a lot of criticism for it. We need leaders with strength of character, leaders with strength of mind, leaders with wisdom and non-selfish agendas, leaders who stand in the gap for those who won't or can't stand up for themselves. </p><p><br></p><p>Stop a moment to think about why you are doing what you are doing. Then ask yourself if this is really where you want to be. </p><p><br></p><p>Proper and well-defined structure takes the guesswork out of "what happens if...". Not deciding to change is still deciding. </p><p><br></p><p>Experience is best gained when it is accompanied by solid mentorship, coupled with an understanding for self-discipline and constructive criticism. </p><p><br></p><p>...remember your legacy isn't just what you do and what you own; it's most especially who you are...</p><br>
