She also tells British folk tales and around the world. She lived in Israel for five years teaching English in state schools and further education, studied Judaism and Jewish/Christian Relations at Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham under Rabbi Dr Norman Solomon, and taught Judaism at Birmingham University's Continuing Studies for a couple of years.
