She received an MFA in Woven Textile Design and Construction from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, Farnham, Surrey, UK. Poole works from her shop and open studio, Ecouture Textiles, in Brooksville, Maine, and shows her work at fine craft shows and teaches throughout New England.
