Book Synopsis

Purpose The primary purpose of the book is to help people navigate the next decisions they will make to either being employed or to end employment and do something very different. The secondary reason this book has value is that in my nearly fifty years of working with people in business and in life many of them had so many ideas what to do but had no way to organize them to use for their decisions. This book offers a very tested, practical and simple way to organize what is important to consider in a way that facilitates a sound next step decision. Goal My goal is simple. I have helped so many people of all ages make good life and employment decisions. I believe the book can reach and offer help to people in any stage of life and employment. It will provide a simple and practical way to make sound employment and life decisions. Audience The user audience of the book is anyone making a next step decision in life and/or employment. Impact The book is designed as a self-help means of navigating components of life and employment. Using the image of three legged stools it organizes a person's thoughts, asks them to search introspectively through a series of questions and exercises, and analyzes why they think the way they do in a way that strongly increases the possibility peoples' next life and employment decisions/steps will be the most aligned to who they are and their lives than ever before. Author Joe Colosimo has nearly fifty years guiding and supporting people's life and employment decisions. I have been a practitioner in Human Resources at all levels of organizations, types of businesses and conditions of businesses. I have been Senior Vice President of Human Resources in multi-national corporations, part time professor at undergraduate and graduate levels, consultant, international guest speaker, and personal coach to all levels of people in a wide range of occupations, and father of three successful sons.
