Within two weeks he could play by ear any tune requested of him, and his cross-handed piano style became legendary.

Jack's career in country music spanned over thirty years and was followed by a country gospel music ministry that covered another twenty-seven years.

His band, The Country Starliters, served as the warm-up band for many Nashville headliners, an experience that not only afforded him the opportunity to build friendships with these stars, but also provided years of priceless memories.
