A former long-serving Financial Times journalist, she is co-author of the prize-winning book <em>Why Women Mean B</em>usiness. She is a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board, the international business membership and research organization, and directs the Board's Europe-based Council for Diversity in Business. She is a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School, London.
