He was an adjunct assistant professor at New York University in the Schack Real Estate Institute graduate program for 18 years. Presently, Joel is an adjunct assistant professor at Fordham University. Prior to teaching, Joel was the senior partner at Mintz Rosenfeld and Co., Certified Public Accountants. He was a certified public accountant for 43 years, with extensive experience in real estate accounting and taxation.
