She worked as a senior lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University helping to develop and teach the MSc in Vocational Rehabilitation and has also been involved with research into vocational rehabilitation. Jain has been working in the independent sector for more than 5 years developing rehabilitation programmes for a wide variety of clients.
