Professor Blaser is a former Chair of the International Tropical Timber Organisation (ITTO) and former Senior Forestry Advisor at the World Bank. He is currently lead evaluator of the independent assessment of the UN Forum on Forests. <b>Pat Hardcastle</b> is an internationally-respected Forestry Development Specialist with over 35 years' experience of forestry development and management. Pat has worked with organisations such as the ITTO, World Bank, FAO and EU as well as with a range of governments, NGOs and companies in the sustainable development of forest resources.
