Darrin has been a volunteer and travel baseball coach for over 15 years and during this time he has helped a lot of kids through their development stage. Early on he saw the need for young kids to development the mental mindset to compete. To often the kids physical talents exceeded their mental capabilities and frustration would set in compromising the kid's physical talents.
