Each piece is made of German steel and is outfitted with a double rivet handle ergonomically designed to make handling safer and more secure. Carving is made easier thanks to the blade being tempered to a hardness rating of 56. All that being said, carving off a piece of succulent turkey or honey glazed ham will be as easy as slicing through butter. To clean, just place this set in the dishwasher.
