This time he suggested that Sammy use it to write an essay about Ted Williams, knowing another adventure would be in store for his grandson. As he did before Sammy's last trip, he gave him a mission: get an interview with "Teddy Ballgame," something he'd never accomplished as a sportswriter for a New Hampshire newspaper. Sammy wonders how he will ever do that. He is only twelve years old!</p>
