She knows grief, and she also knows how to have a fullfilling life after grief. Olivia Myles was born and raised in San Francisco California and currently resides in Sherman Texas. She has been journaling for the past 10 years and has discovered the healing that journaling can provide. She has learned that getting past your grief requires more than inspirational words and motivating concepts. Too many grief books give you great ideas but don't show you how to apply them. What you need (and what Olivia provides) are journal prompts that work, each created to build upon the last to help you move closer to life after grief. Olivia has a BA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She shares her life with her husband and five children. She enjoys, writing, reading, and drinking coffee with cream.</p>
