Lauren is a member of the RHS Orchid Committee, and a number of other botanical and conservation organizations. She is coauthor of <i>Bizarre Botany</i> and <i>The Botanical Treasury</i>. <p/> Phillip Cribb is a leading specialist on the taxonomy and conservation of orchids. He was Deputy Keeper of the Herbarium and Curator of the Orchid Herbarium at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, until his retirement in 2006. Phillip is coauthor of many publications including <i>Guide to the Flowers of Western China</i>, <i>Growing Hardy Orchids</i>, <i>The Genus Cymbidium</i>, and <i>Hardy Cypripedium</i>.
