CoolXChange is ready to use with no refrigeration required and cools for up to 2 hours. Simply wrap on the affected area for instant compression & cooling. Long duration, low level cooling, combined with a compression bandage has shown to lower concentrations of inflammation post injury and help with the reduction of muscle fatigue post-exercise. Regular size is best for wrapping ankle, foot, wrist, elbow or fingers. Material Content: Water, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Polyester, Spandex. Does not contain medications or menthol. Made in Taiwan Wrap CoolXChange gently around the injured area three times for greatest effectiveness. Adjust compression tension until comfortable, CoolXChange should not be worn too tight. To affix the end, hold it against bandage until it self-adheres. Can be worn up to two hours.
