Preparations: 1. In large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice and green onions. 2. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute. 3. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice. 4. Add peas and meat if desired. Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared above.
