Chardonnay, Santa Barbara County The Arrowood Chardonnay is composed of an array of very complex Chardonnay from several of Sonoma County's top viticultural areas. Each vineyard lot was barrel fermented separately and aged sur lies (on the yeast less) in oak for a period of eight months prior to bottling. In addition, each of the lots underwent complete malolactic secondary fermentation, yielding a rich and complex marriage of fruit, toasty oak and tropical nuances. This outstanding example of Sonoma County's bounty should continue to develop for at least next five to seven years. 14.1% Alc. by Vol.
