Before founding ICLE, Daggett served as a teacher, an administrator, and as a director with the New York State Education Department. He is the author of many publications, including <i>Making Schools Work</i>; <i>Rigor, Relevance, and Relationships in Action</i>; and <i>The Evolution of Education</i>. <br>
