She is a proud mother and grandmother, recognizing both personally and professionally how important it is to keep naming love, trust, hope, and kindness in our lives. </p> <p>Lydia Boddie-Rice, illustrator, has received numerous honors and awards for her professional contributions and expertise in business, education and the arts. Lydia holds a bachelor's degree in Art from Brown University, a masters degree in Agency Counseling from Rhode Island College, and K-12 art education teaching certification from Rhode Island School of Design.
